TKS Pro was established by highly qualified engineers who brought extensive experience in gas turbine maintenance, service, site management, and relocations. Our engineers are well qualified and certified (VCA/SCC**, NOGEPA, OPITO, OLF), specializing in Aeroderivative and Heavy-Duty gas turbine services.
The services provided by our engineers include inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, alignment, preventive maintenance, and overhauls on engines as well as package installations.
Field Service We offer comprehensive expert field service support domestically and worldwide, both onshore and offshore. TKS Pro field service technicians are available 24/7 to ensure an immediate response to your needs.
Engineers at TKS Pro have developed their skills through extensive training and experience over the years. We firmly believe in combining theoretical training with on-the-job experience. This is exactly how we train our team. All engineers receive training at the TKS Pro facility before being deployed in the field. Additional training is provided to enhance their skills and foster their interest. Senior engineers are always available to support and guide engineers on-site if necessary.
Workshop Service TKS Pro has developed a workshop equipped with all the necessary tools. In our workshop, we can handle all types of Aeroderivative and Heavy Duty gas turbines.
Our workshop is equipped with two balancing machines capable of handling rotors ranging from 30 kg to a maximum weight of 12 tons. We have installed an overhead crane with all the required equipment.
We offer in-house module repairs in cooperation with approved repair vendors. For example, oil pumps, actuators, starters, frames, blades, nozzles, gearboxes, and many more, all using OEM materials and OEM specifications. The repair, inspection, and overhaul services are not limited to the gas turbine alone. The most common auxiliary equipment of the gas turbine package can also be serviced for inspection, overhaul, and testing.
For the inspection and repair of LM gas turbines, we provide services up to level 4 maintenance in cooperation with our partners.
Customers prefer the convenience of our rotable exchange parts, such as VSV controllers, starters, nozzles, blades, pumps, thermocouples, and more to minimize downtime. Therefore, we have repaired items in stock or service them directly for you.
