Commissioning
At TKS Pro, our team of highly motivated and skilled engineers brings years of experience in installation and commissioning.
Proper commissioning of a gas turbine unit involves a comprehensive series of checks, tests, and fine-tuning of various systems to ensure optimal performance while maintaining the durability and reliability of the unit and its components. Every individual system, including controls and power panels, is systematically inspected to confirm full functionality.

Only after all systems have been thoroughly tested and validated do we proceed to the next phase—starting and operating the gas turbine. This process involves precise, step-by-step checks of all critical systems, with a particular focus on critical safety features and systems, as this marks the transition to a “live” operational state. These steps are crucial to ensure that the systems are dependable whenever they are needed.
After completing this process and achieving a successful startup, our engineers monitor the gas turbine in operation to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and all engine parameters are within operational limits. This includes thorough checks to confirm there are no leaks or other abnormalities.
If any unforeseen issues arise, our engineers will take the necessary steps to resolve the situation. This may involve communicating critical information to the TKS Pro Technical Support Team for expert analysis and assistance.
Upon successful commissioning of the gas turbine, our commissioning engineers will conduct a safe and orderly handover of the unit to your operating team. At TKS Pro, our goal is to deliver to our customers a safe and fully operational system, supported by ongoing real-time assistance to ensure the longevity of your plant, equipment, and customer service.
